Buying a TUI Gift Card

TUI Gift Cards can be purchased through this website or through any TUI Travel Shop. eGift cards can only be purchased on this website.

If you are purchasing on behalf of a business, please contact SVM Global by calling 01709 303102 or email It will not be possible to receive a VAT receipt for any orders placed online.

£3,000 can be loaded onto eGift cards and £5,000 onto a physical Gift Card.

Yes, you can choose to get the eGift card directly delivered to the recipient or print this out.

Orders placed before 11am will be dispatched by the next working day. All orders will be sent via the method selected when you make your purchase.

All Gift Cards are dispatched blank and therefore there is no need to choose an insured postage method. Once your Gift Card has been dispatched, it should be received within the following timescales which are provided by Royal Mail:

  • 2nd Class – 2 – 3 working days (including Saturdays)
  • 1st Class – 1 – 2 working days (including Saturdays)
  • Recorded – 1 – 2 working days (including Saturdays)
  • Special – 1 working day (including Saturdays)

All eGift card orders are sent within 1 working day, however your eGift card will typically be delivered sooner.

Gift Cards need to be activated upon receipt before they can be spent. Once your Gift Card has been dispatched, you will receive an email with a unique link to our secure activation portal. The letter sent with your order will contain the unique security code needed to complete activation. If you have ordered more than one Gift Card, you’ll only need to do this once to activate all the Gift Cards within the order.

eGift cards do not require activation and will be active and ready to use upon receipt.

If your eGift card order has been successfully processed and you have created an account on the TUI Gift Card website, you can access your eGift card from within your account.

Alternatively, please contact us and we can resend it to you.

If you purchased your Gift Card via this website, you can reload it. If you have registered for an account you can reload an existing card through the ’My Gifts’ section of your Account. Alternatively, when purchasing a Gift Card you can select the ‘Reload an existing Gift Card’ option. This will give you the option to either choose an existing card from a dropdown list or type in the card number for reload.

Account Queries

Click on ‘Can’t access your account’ to reset your password. Enter your email into the required field and an email will be sent to your email account. Follow the steps in the link to reset your password and log into your account.

If you had placed an order on or after November 1st 2016 we have transferred your account and you will be able to log in to this website using the same login details. We recommend changing your password on first login.

You can still register for an account here. Providing you use the same email address you used when placing your order, you will still be able to view any placed prior to creating the account.

Checking the balance of your Gift card or eGift card

You can check your balance by clicking here or by calling 0203 130 0133. Alternatively, you can check your balance in any of our TUI Travel Shops.

You can top up your Gift Card online at or in any of our TUI travel shops. Our eGift cards are not reloadable, so you will not be able to increase the value after your initial purchase.

Your Gift Card can be topped up so long as it doesn’t exceed the maximum working balance of £5,000.

Spending your TUI Gift Card

Your eGift card can be redeemed online at or in any TUI travel shop. For online payments the minimum spend is £50 and the gift card balance must be equal to or higher than the balance due.

For redemptions in store the minimum balance is £10.

Gift cards or eGift cards cannot be used to purchase Travel Money products.

For eGift cards you will need your 16 digit card number, CCV and expiry date. For redemption in a shop please take either your phone with your eGift card displayed or a print out of your eGift card.

For physical Gift Cards you will need your 19 digit card number, CCV and expiry date.

Lost, stolen and damaged gift cards

Gift Cards and eGift cards should be treated as cash. Lost or Stolen gift cards cannot be replaced unless the gift card is registered to you.

For Gift Cards purchased online please contact us and we will reship the Gift Card to you for a fee of £2.50.

For Gift cards purchased in one of our TUI Travel Shops, please return to the shop you purchased your Gift Card from. If there is remaining balance and the Gift Card is registered to your address we will transfer the balance to a new Gift Card.

If you are unable to retrieve your eGift card from your deleted items and you created an account, you can log in to your online account and view, print or resend your eGift card. If you did not create an account, you can still register. Your eGift card will still appear in your account, providing you use the same email address as you used when placing the order. Alternatively, please contact us and you can request that the eGift card is resent to you.

Expired gift cards

Yes, the expiry date of the Gift Card is printed on the reverse of the card. Typically this will be at least two years from the date you purchase your Gift Card, however sometimes this will be greater.

Your eGift card will expire 2 years from the date it was purchased. The expiry date will be printed on your eGift card.

No, any funds still on your Gift Card or eGift card will have been deducted from the card and you can no longer use it.
